I can not say enough about David and his helpfulness throughout the entire experience of purchasing a co-op on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. He was fantastic ! As a first time co-op buyer, the task seemed daunting; however, with Davids patient and knowledgeable assistance the process was completed successfully with much ease. The co-op application process was explained in detail and all questions were answered thoroughly, I was very well supported. I always felt well informed and well represented under the professional guidance of David throughout the complete process. Davids response to phone calls, emails or texts was always immediate.
